 PHILLIP
W. JOHNSON
Phil a grandson of founder, T. E. Johnson and President
of T. E. Johnson & Sons, began his property management
career in 1966. Working alongside his father T. E.
Johnson, Jr. and his two uncles, Ray Johnson & Paul
Johnson, Phil obtained the designations of GRI (Graduate
Realtors Institute) and CPM (Certified Property
Manager). Honored as a Realtor Emeritus with over 40
years as a Realtor, Phil was President of the
Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors in 1982,
Chairman of their Property Management Division in 1976
and 1993. He was honored as their Realtor of the Year in
1990 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2001.
Phil served as Chairman of the Property Management
Division of the N.C. Association of Realtors in 1979 and
President of the N. C. Chapter of the Institute of Real
Estate Management in 1984. Phil is active in the Twin
City Kiwanis Club and served as their President in 1997. |
 THOMAS F. JOHNSON
Tom is also a grandson of founder, T. E. Johnson, and
son of Paul Johnson. He joined the company in 1982. Tom
holds the designations of CPM (Certified Property
Manager) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). He has
been a Realtor since 1982 and served as President of the
Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors in 1991.
He was honored as their Realtor of the Year in 1995. Tom
also has served as Chairman of the Property Management
Division of the Winston-Salem Association of Realtors in
1986 and 1987. In 1990 he served as Chairman of the
Property Management Division of the N.C. Association of
Realtors. He also served as President of the N.C.
Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management in
1994 and was honored as their Property Manager of the
Year in 1995. |

Phillip a fourth generation in the company joined T. E.
Johnson & Sons in 2005. A graduate of High Point
University in Accounting, Phillip brings his years of
knowledge in computers and communication skills to
better serve the customers and clients of T. E. Johnson
